About Me
I am a Muslim Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, passionate about supporting individuals navigate through life's challenges.
Experiencing the loss of both of my parents at a young age and my personal journey of healing and self-exploration led me to pursue a career in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Through compassion, empathy, and embracing my unique experience, I was able to embark on my own journey towards healing.
And this is what I bring with me when working with my clients, compassion, empathy, a non-judgemental approach, meeting each client where they are in their unique journey of self-exploration, healing, and growth.
In addition to bereavement, I focus on trauma-informed counselling and youth counselling. I am dedicated to empowering and raising awareness in the Muslim community about unrecognised trauma and abuse due to cultural stigma and shame.
I take a holistic approach to my work, concentrating on body, mind, and soul. This method aids clients in pinpointing the root causes of mental health issues, fostering lasting solutions.
I am dedicated to providing accessible counselling to all, allocating a portion of my work to those unable to afford therapy by offering free monthly online group session.
